Refund & Return Policy – Kairaa

At Kairaa, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products damaged during delivery or if you receive an incorrect item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within
  • Due to the nature of jewellery and spiritual healing products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once your refund is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Healing products (such as crystals, incense, oils) once opened/used.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong/damaged product).
